"You have a great product. I bought 2 mugs for my son and his wife. They were really happy about it, and I was able to give them the mugs on opening day. The quality and workmanship of the mugs is outstanding. It took longer to receive my order than I expected but I assumed it was because of the ABC news coverage. The only thing I didn't like is that a customer can pay you an extra $10 to move their order ahead of everybody else that is waiting for their order. I think it is the first time I have seen a company say, "Give us $10 more and we will give you special service and let you cut in line ahead of our other customers that don't mean as much to us"."
