The Best Ways to Beat The Sunday Scaries

Mondays suck, and too often that means we have a stressful Sunday, too. Here are our five favorite ways to beat the Sunday Scaries: 
 
1. Exercise! Moving your body is great for your physical and mental health! Whether you prefer to hit the links, ride a bike, take a walk, or any other form of exercise, make sure you've got a Metal Dugout Mug full of water or a sports drink to keep you hydrated!
2. Spend quality time with friends! Grab your spouse, best friend, or maybe a new co-worker, and pour some whiskey or wine and enjoy the conversation!
3. Treat yourself! Grab your favorite drink, cigar, or even just your favorite meal and savor every moment of it. If you're drinking liquor, the best way to do it is from a Knob Shot. Just make sure you mix in some water, so you don't have a Monday morning hangover!
