1. Drink Water
HYDRATE! So many times we forget to drink water, and it leaves us feeling sluggish. Make sure you're getting the water your body needs to function at its best! Metal Dugout Mugs make great travel mugs, and if you're moving around, you definitely need to be hydrating!
2. Go For A Walk
Walking is one exercise that won't cost you anything besides your time. It requires no equipment and can be performed pretty much anywhere, although we prefer our walks outside in the fresh air with a Metal Mug in hand! 3. Drink Green Tea

4. Go For A Bike Ride
