Is it used just for beer?

No way! Our Dugout Mug holds both hot and cold liquids. Many of our customers pour: soda, water, sports drinks, coffee, or make a mixed drink. Plus, kids love these mugs!
How do you clean it?

It's really simple - hand wash and air dry with soap and semi-warm water. Pro-Tip: A bottle brush works really well.

Won't the liquid penetrate the wood?

We double-seal the birch wood (inside and out), so there is a protective layer that is built over the wood. The liquid never touches wood.
How long does it take to get to me?

With production time, and transit time: at the most 5 business days. We do have an option of priority processing - which allows you to skip the production line, and get it even faster!
