Didn’t receive a confirmation email about your order?
After placing an order, we will be sending a confirmation to the email used at checkout. Please be sure to check your SPAM or JUNK folders. If you are still having trouble, contact our customer support to confirm that the information we have is accurate.

What do I do if my order is fulfilled incorrectly?
If you believe your order was shipped incorrectly, please contact our customer support right away with your order details. Some items are cleverly packed and might be overlooked, but if a mistake was made send us an email with a picture of your order’s packing slip (provided inside your package) and we will have those items replaced right away.

What if I made a mistake on my order?
If you made a mistake on your order, contact our customer support right away. Our team will do their best to correct the issue for you before it leaves our facility. However, our team works quickly so we cannot guarantee any changes can be made after your order has been submitted.

Shipping times?

Our mugs typically take 3-5 business days to leave our doors, and another 1-3 travel days with either USPS or FedEx. If you wish to have the mug sooner than that, please reach out to us:

How do I personalize my items?


Most products in our store can be personalized with a person’s name, a date, or a short message. If eligible you may do so by clicking the box that reads “Check box to add custom personalization” before clicking add to cart.

Can you make custom logos?

Yes! We can make Bat Mugs with Custom Logos. Before adding the product to your cart click the link upload your image. Once received our team will get to work on generating the clearest image possible to engrave your one-of-a-kind design.

Can you use trademarked logos?

Yes, Dugout Mug® Baseball Bat Mugs can be made with trademarked images, however, we request an approval letter from the organization granting us the rights to use the logo.

Are any of your products patented?

Yes, our Dugout Mug® has an issued patent with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. It falls under Patent Number D.816,414.

Our Knob Shot™ is patented with the USPTO under patented number D. 843,176.

Lastly, our beverage carrying tray is patented with the USPTO under patent number D. 865,451.

How do you seal your product?

We use a water-based sealant that has been tested & is considered safe to drink from. We consider this a trade secret; however, if needing documentation for larger orders, we can provide that documentation.

How do I take care of my product?

We have found the best way to clean ALL off our products is to hand wash them with warm soapy water and mild soap. A bottle brush works great to get those hard-to-reach spaces!
Dry upside down with unrestricted airflow to the opening. Do not leave liquids in our wooden mug, wine glass or knob shot for long standing periods of time, such as overnight.
Do not freeze or use ANY of the products in the dishwasher or microwave.

My mug is damaged what should I do?

We request that the customer/recipient send a clear picture of the problem and any order details to our management team at support@dugoutmugs.com. From there we will check for warranty coverage and expedite a replacement directly to you.

What happens if I want to exchange or return (custom mugs)?

If you want to return your custom mug - unfortunately, we cannot restock them. It's a personalized one-of-a-kind mug, but our team will do our best to assist you in getting a replacement at little cost to you.

Where is my refund?
If your order has been approved for a refund you should receive an email informing you of the process. Your refund may take up to 7 business days depending on your method of payment. The funds will be charged back to your original method of payment. We’re sorry, but we do not offer store credit at this time.

What happens if I want to exchange or return (licensed)?

We can accept returns for licensed Dugout Mugs that have not been customized, damaged, or used. However, the cost of shipping to return the mug to our warehouse will be the responsibility of the purchaser. If returned for an exchange additional shipping fees may be required by the purchaser. (Shipping fees are nonrefundable).

International Shipping?

Yes, we do ship internationally. Some items are restricted to ONLY the US and Canada due to MLB licensing. There may be some duties, fees, or postage costs that are not calculated at checkout. We suggest contacting your local postal office for details prior to ordering.

Issues with USPS?

There are times that packages get lost, damaged, or misdelivered by our carriers. If this happens to your package, please call your local post office with your tracking number for the most relevant updated information, and then contact us within 10 business days if no resolution.

Can I bring my Dugout Mugs® products into MiLB and MLB stadiums?

We have found most stadiums and security guards will allow you to walk right in with your bat mugs. In fact, they usually ask what they are, and then want one for themselves! However, there have been rare instances where Dugout Mugs were not permitted due to whatever reason, so we always advise you to call the stadium or event prior.
